In addition to the musical highlights we mentioned in an earlier post, let us offer up this brief bit of self-promotion: This Saturday, our own “XPN Welcomes” concert series includes three shows that cover a wide range of the the station’s broadcast area. In Philly, Jackson Browne performs with David Lindley at the Tower Theatre. John Prine plays at the Soveriegn Performing Arts Center in Reading. And Austin’s Spoon will rock the Whitaker Center in Harrisburg.
