The Bigger LoversPhilly’s The Bigger Lovers are reuniting to celebrate the 10th anniversary release of their debut album, How I Learned To Stop Worrying, which came out on March 13th, 2001. The reissue—which includes two bonus tracks (recorded during the original sessions) and expanded liner notes—is being released digitally and on vinyl on March 8th. To celebrate, the band is performing a show at Johnny Brenda’s on Saturday, March 12th. The band played its last show together in November 2005.

If this news doesn’t rock your power-pop heart, there’s also some new music—some of which is free. The band is offering a new song called “Little Giant” as a free download (through February 1st); you can get it from The Bigger Lovers’ Bandcamp site. The song is one of four new tunes (plus a remix) from an EP called the Little Giant Maxi Single that the band began working on in the Spring of 2005.

You can listen to the song below; make sure to check back tomorrow for our interview with The Bigger Lovers’ drummer Patrick Berkery.
