Electric Factory offering limited-time $15 “beat the heat” tickets

The recent heat wave has the folks at the Electric Factory sympathizing with us sweaty concertgoers. As a result, they’ve decided to open the doors to their air-conditioned venue for a discounted price. For a limited time (this Wednesday, July 27th, and Thursday, July 28th), tickets to the four shows listed below will be offered for $15 (plus fees) online or $15 flat when paid in cash at the Electric Factory box office. Tickets must be purchased between 10 a.m. on Wednesday and 10 p.m. on Thursday in order to qualify for the discounted price.

The “cool” shows eligible for $15 tickets are:

August 1: Streetlight Manifesto with Reel Big Fish (tickets)
August 4: Big Audio Dynamite with HR/Human Rights (from Bad Brains) (tickets)
August 9: Nas and Damian Marley with Writtenhouse, Solomonic Sound System featuring Rob Paine (tickets)
August 18: The HARD Tour 2011 featuring Digitalism, Caspa, Switch (of Major Lazer), Designer Drugs, and Destructo (tickets)
