Philly’s next-to-open venue, Union Transfer, announced six new shows this morning. The venue is set to officially open on September 21st with a (WXPN presents) Clap Your Hands Say Yeah concert, and has already announced over 30 shows running through December. UT will be located at the former Spaghetti Warehouse (1026 Spring Garden Street), and will have a capacity of approximately 600 people. Better yet, it’s going to be air-conditioned.

Today’s newly announced shows include dates for Toronto electro duo Zeds Dead, locally-based festival favorite Langhorne Slim, indie-folk world fusion group Enter the Haggis, Jamaican-inspired ska band The Slackers, and several more artists. A full schedule of the newly announced shows can be found below.

9/30: Zeds Dead – $15 – tickets
10/12: Langhorne Slim w/ Dan Mangan – $15 – tickets
10/26: Butch Walker and the Black Widows – $20 – tickets
11/4: Enter the Haggis w/ Scythian – $20 – tickets
11/20: Chris Robinson Brotherhood – $20 – tickets
12/15: The Slackers + The Pietasters – $15 – tickets
