Beck And Cauthen

Texas natives David Beck and Paul Cauthen formed Beck & Cauthen back in 2009 after a series of chance musical encounters in Austin. It wasn’t long before the roots-rock duo — who take cues from Robert Earl Keen, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, and The Rolling Stones — headed to the studio to record their debut, Sons of Fathers. The upcoming album was produced by Grammy winner Lloyd Maines, and it promises to be full of their signature melodies and the feel of Texas on the road.

The Peace Creeps

The Peace Creeps are a Philly-based psychedelic rock outfit. Frontman Richard Bush was originally the leader of local icons The A’s, but after some label issues, Bush formed a new band with guitarist John Marchiano, drummer Jeff Pancoast and bass guitarist Roy Fisher. Their 2006 debut, Autumn of Love, brought together a number of local musicians for a nostalgic and colorful journey.

Almost five years later, The Peace Creeps are back with their second offering. On Time Machine, the band continues to worship ’60s rock. One can easily hear the British Invasion, along with more modern-day references like Dr. Dog and Wilco.
