Just Announced: Sigur Ros to kick off its first North American tour in four years at The Mann’s Skyline Stage on July 30th

The members of Sigur Ros have just announced that the band will perform at the new Skyline Stage at The Mann on July 30th in Philadelphia; the performance will be the first show of the Icelandic post-rock band’s first North American tour in four years. Sigur Ros will be touring in support of its upcoming sixth studio album, Valtari (due May 29th on XL Recordings). Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 20th, via Ticketmaster.com, 800-745-3000, AEGLive.com, TicketPhiladelphia.org, 215-893-1999 or The Mann Box Office.
