Listen: Seattle’s Shabazz Palaces remix Philly’s Lushlife

Seattle’s Shabazz Palaces has given the remix treatment to Lushlife’s “Hale-Bopp was the Bedouins (featuring Heems).” The remix features the Palaceer (once known as “Butterfly” when he was in Digable Planets), and includes fly guy Dai and Thadillac and was mixed by Blood in palaGlow. The original version of the song is from Lushlife’s incredible new hip-hop album, Plateau Vision on Western Vinyl. Below, listen to the remix and the original album version.
