Goodnight Lights return with a new album, released today, called As Far As The Moon that you can listen to in its entirety below. Goodnight Lights is Michael Schraeger on guitar and vocals, Faith Charlton (keyboards, vocals and percussion) and Ian Charlton (guitar and vocals); and the rhythm section of bassist John Delso and drummer Michael Ziegler. The Collingswood, NJ, based band caught our attention almost two years ago when they released their last album, Electric Spark.As Far As The Moon finds Goodnight Lights in a post-alternative, Aughts influenced musical space that bands like the Airborne Toxic Event and Arcade Fire traverse. On its new album, Goodnight Lights continue to sharpen its musical voice with well crafted songwriting, sparkling harmonies, smart melodies and excellent guitar playing. Goodnight Lights is having a record release party on Saturday, June 16th at Johnny Brenda’s with openers The Quelle Source and The Bailey Hounds.
