Watch the new music video from Philly indie rockers The Quelle Source (playing Johnny Brenda’s on Saturday)

By

Philly indie-rock four-piece The Quelle Source just released a very fun music video for “The French Rapture,” the title track from its most recent EP. Across a bouncy three minutes and change, we follow singer Kevin Ryan on a series of oddball dates with various lady-friends: they wreak havoc on the Franklin Square mini-golf course, race up the Ben Franklin Parkway in Segways, stopping in between for pints at Bridgid’s Pub in the Fairmount section of the city. While we here at The Key do not advocate beer-and-mini-golf meyhem, we do advise you to grab a free download of the song below – it’s got a totally catchy sound reminiscent of The Thermals and Built to Spill. And catch The Quelle Source live this weekend when they open for Goodnight Lights at Johnny Brenda’s.
