Over the last several months, Bleeding Rainbow have gone through the band equivalent of a home renovation. A name change, the addition of two new band members and signing to a new label precede the punky shoegazers’ upcoming record Yeah Right, out on Kanine Records October 9th. Today, the Philly quartet announced a fall tour with New York noise rock band A Place to Bury Strangers. The tour doesn’t hit Philadelphia (though they will get to the Bowery Ballroom in NYC on November 18th), but Bleeding Rainbow have a date with Far-Out Fangtooth and Heavy Medical at Johnny Brenda’s on October 12th (tickets and information here). Below, watch the band work their punk riffs on “Pink Ruff”, the lead single from their new album.
