This week, emerging Philadelphia singer-songwriter Katie Frank released her debut EP, Covered Bridge Road, a collection of country-tinged pop songs recorded in collaboration with Philly music vets like Jim Boggia. Her song “Close Enough” is Helen Liecht’s Philly Local Pick of the Day this afternoon, and Frank celebrates the release tonight with a show at Silk City. The 21+ show begins at 8 p.m., admission is $7 at the door, more information can be found here.
