Country-tinged Philly rockers The Lawsuits are releasing their new EP, Numbers, on November 2, and next Tuesday they’re one of the featured artists on The Swollen Fox’s Tuesday Tuneout lineup. Late last night, the band posted a new music video to its YouTube page for a new song from the EP: the very folksy, Laurel Canyon-sounding “Fine Quality (Coffee Flour Sugar Tea).” The whimsical video sets the music to archival cartoon animation of woodland critters and gnomes – kind of appropriate since, not only is their next concert a film-centric event, it happens smack dab in the middle of the Philadelphia Film Festival.
