Bay-area hiphop / funk / politicos The Coup released its latest record, Sorry to Bother You, today on Anti- Records. It’s a super lively record – these guys and ladies know how to make scathing political commentary sounds like a massive party – and you can stream the entire thing today over at music blog Consequence of Sound. Below, get a taste with the song “WAVIP” featuring fellow underground indie-rap luminaries Das Racist and Killer Mike. The Coup comes to Philly on December 7 for a show at Underground Arts; tickets and information can be found here.
