Philadelphia-based electronic label Slit Jockey Records has been around since 2005, bumping the ever-changing sounds of the UK and EU electronic dance music underground with DJ nights, mixtapes and a loose collective of collaborators. The new Choice Cuts 2, set for release on Nov. 19, collects many of those folks together for a bass-heavy throwdown, including label founders Starkey and Dev 79 (pictured) and less familiar names like Sheffield, UK producer DS1 and Philly’s Kreuger.
