Philly folk songstress Birdie Busch is gearing up to release her latest LP, Birdie Busch and the Greatest Night, in January. The record showcases her backing band in a big way – the entire album was recorded live to tape, and effervescent jamming and an earthy timbre are integral parts of its songs. You can get a preview by streaming the album below and buying your digital copy now (via Busch’s new Bandcamp page). Busch plays PhilaMOCA with Heyward Howkins and Casey Neill. More information is available here.
