The Key Studio Sessions: Our Griffins

The close of the year is the ideal time for quiet contemplation, and of everybody we’ve recorded for The Key Studio Sessions these past twelve months, few do it quite as well as Easton native DJ Brown. Recording and performing as Our Griffins, he released a stunning EP called Conversations late last year and made a handful of regional appearances in support of it. After recording with us in the spring, Brown / OG went into a period of hibernation with a handful of song-sketches (we hear one, “Stand Alone,” close out the session), but a recent appearance at The Living Room in New York indicate that he may be ready to re-emerge and take the next steps along his musical path.
