Listen to Joe D’Amico’s new album A Short Time’s A Long Time (record release at Kung Fu Necktie on 1/24)

If you thought Joe D’Amico‘s music ended with the campfire bluegrass of his band Mason Porter, think again. The Philadelphia-area singer-songwriter casts a broad net on his second LP, A Short Time’s A Long Time, which was released digitally yesterday and becomes available physically at D’Amico’s album release party at Kung Fu Necktie on January 24. From snappy, Ben Folds-esque piano-led songs to fuzzy power pop and swinging Beatles-y rockers, this covers a lot of ground under the rock n’ roll umbrella. Stream the album below, get a download at Bandcamp and find more information about the album release party at the XPN Concert Calendar.
