Ten years ago, acoustic guitar virtuoso Kaki King ventured out of the New York City metro and brought the skill she honed busking to studio for her debut LP, Everybody Loves You. This spring, King heads out on tour to celebrate the anniversary, stopping at World Cafe Live on April 28th. Tickets are on sale now, information is available at the venue’s website. Last summer, with her latest LP Glow on the horizon, King played a tremendous set on the marina stage of the XPoNential Music Festival; listen to an archive of her performance here.
