Bobby3-LargeTouring in support of his latest releases – the Wishbone LP and the Bedroom EP – British singer-songwriter Bobby Long plays World Cafe Live tonight. Mixing downtempo country and rockabilly with a decidedly retro bent, Long has built a growing stateside fan base since his 2009 debut Dirty Pond Songs. Blues legend B.B. King returns to The Keswick Theater tonight. Though the 87-year-old guitarist hasn’t released a studio album since 2008, he was the subject of a 2012 documentary, and his set tonight is sure to be career spanning. DC-based indie folk act Vandaveer plays Johnny Brenda’s tonight, opening for Matt Costa. The project of singer and songwriter Mark Charles Heidinger is releasing its latest record, Oh Willie Please, on April 30th; tickets and information on the 21+ show can be found here.
