Watch Rhye perform for World Cafe at Le Poisson Rouge

Los Angeles-based downbeat electro-soul outfit Rhye played a set at New York venue Le Poisson Rouge this April that will be featured in a segment of World Cafe with David Dye later on this year. NPR was on hand to shoot video of the performance and, keeping in step with Rhye collaborators Mike Milosh and Robin Hannibal’s preference for being “visually enigmatic”, the performance was filmed mostly in the dark, with only candlelight casting silhouettes across the screen.
