We’re fond of the stylish, eclectic sounds of Upper Darby rock trio The Fleeting Ends around here at XPN. I mean, heck, check out the design on the head of Matt Amadio’s kick drum up there – that’s a righteous look. The chemistry between his percussive overdrive and Matt Vantine’s witty, catchy songwriting – plus of course Rusty Langley framing things out on bass and keys – comes together tremendously on the band’s latest LP, Our Eyes Are Peeled (read our review from the Unlocked series here), and the guys push it even further into a blistering, raw energy when you see them perform. The crowd at the XPoNential Music Festival this weekend better be prepared to rock out this Saturday when The Fleeting Ends open the River Stage at 12:30 p.m.; get a taste of what’s in store in this week’s Key Session below.
