This just in: Philly experimental duo Pattern is Movement is building momentum for its hotly anticipated fourth LP with a performance of new material at Union Transfer on October 24th. While details on the album are still a bit secretive (we know it’s coming out this fall on Hometapes, and that’s about it), the lineup for the all-ages show is pretty intensely good. Joining PiM will be The Spinto Band, Norwegian Arms and Worshyper, with the Wildstyle DJs spinning. The show will also double as a vinyl single release party. Details can be found at the Facebook event page here. Back in the spring, PiM had an album listening party where they synced the music to There Will Be Blood; read our interview with drummer Chris Ward here and hear some of the music (paired with P.T. Anderson’s film) below.
