Alt-pop rockers Sir Sly will electrify the Boot and Saddle stage tonight. The band released its Gold EP back in May. Their sound is poppy and electronic but they contrast it with melancholic lyrics (much like Tegan and Sara’s latest album Heartthrob). Get ticket information here and check out “Ghost” below.

Scottish indie rockers Frightened Rabbit will play at the Electric Factory tonight. The band released its fourth studio album Pedestrian Verse back in February. Lead vocalist Scott Hutchison says that the band began “experimenting with minor keys, which is actually new for us” a change which suits them well considering the album’s critical acclaim. Watch their video for “The Woodpile” below. Get tickets here.

Experimental indie stars Animal Collective will bring their psychedelic edge to the Union Transfer stage tonight. The band, who became widely popular due to their 2009 crossover hit single “My Girls”, released their tenth album Centipede Hz last year on Domino Records which marked a return to their experimental roots. Get ticket information here and watch their “Applesauce” video below.
