The fourth annual TJ Kong and The Atomic Bomb Halloween Spectacular will be raging at Underground Arts tonight. Referred to as a “Costume Ball Rock n’ Roll Murdershow” on the Facebook event page, this is sure to be an interesting event. With TJ Kong’s folk garage rock as the headliner, its going to get raucous and fun. They will be joined by Philadelphia up and comers Cold Fronts, so get there early!
Philadelphia’s own Mercury Radio Theater is celebrating the ten year anniversary of their album The Death and Life of the Undead Boy at Johnny Brenda’s. They have planned a performance full of old and new songs with narration, as well as a burlesque side show all night. Parts punk, horror, rockabilly, and orchestra, this band will no doubt bring a crazy show on Halloween. You can find tickets and info here.
