Crash Cayetana’s basement party in the “Hot Dad Calendar” video

Philly power trio Cayetana perform in a basement filled with streamers, glitter and pogoing friends in the new “Hot Dad Calendar” music video, premiered today at The A.V. Club. It’s a solid and lively concert / party video, intercut with South Philly exteriors, meta-footage of a flickering vintage TV set, and at least one hot dad hidden in the fray. The song comes from a 7″ the band is releasing on Tiny Engines Records this year, and the band is about to head out on a short run with Waxahatchee – whose record release show they opened for almost a year ago at Golden Tea House.
