From the Video Vaults: Watch The Low Road in concert from 1994

From 1990 to 1997 (with several reunions since), Philly roots band The Low Road took a stab at acoustic music stardom. Huge in Philly, the band – with players including Mike “Slo-Mo” Brenner, Palmer Yale, Rosie McNamara-Jones, Alan Hewitt, Mark Schreiber – The Low Road years ahead of the indie-roots revival that’s been going on the last few years. Mike Brenner recently posted the video below of the band playing at Austin’s Liberty Lunch in 1994, opening for Los Lobos. All of the band’s releases are available for free here.
