Listen to Desoto Jones’ new single “Deceiver”

Desoto Jones have released a new song called “Deceiver” that will appear on an upcoming EP-turned-LP expected later this year.  Following December’s spacious “Room to Move,” “Deceiver” tightens the reins with a solid wall of guitar distortion and a tension-filled build-up to some trademark arena rock solos.

Lyrically, the track mirrors the instrumental tension as it explores a dystopian society of pied piper-led “idiots and simpletons” who have forgotten how to think for themselves.
