Will Smith joins Jimmy Fallon for the “Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing”

One of our favorite bits from the debut of the The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon was the Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing, featuring Fallon and Philly rapper, actor, and director Will Smith. Behind a classic funk soul groove from The Roots, complete with snippets of “Hip Hop Hooray,” “The Humpty Dance,” and “U Can’t Touch This,” Smith and Fallon cycled through classic hip-hop dances including “The Cabbage Patch,” “The Robot,” “The Running Man,” the “Pop & Lock,” and the “Hey Ho.” It was a classic feel good trip down memory lane and a superbly funny moment with some pretty tight dance moves.
