Listen to a quirky new single from Sarah Koon called “Pretty Simple”

Wilmington, DE musician Sarah Koon has released a new single called “Pretty Simple,” taken from her forthcoming EP This Kind of Education.  The track forms around Koon’s beautifully executed piano playing, swirling out in cinematic fashion with several mood and melody transitions.  The drama and theatricality of the song is emphasized by Koon’s Kate Bush-esque vocals, which at times evoke the quirkiness of Joanna Newsom.  This Kind of Education will follow up last year’s After Shocks, Thoughts & Mathematics.  Listen to “Pretty Simple” below.
