Adding killer knocking percussion and warping Zella’s gorgeous vocals, the Philly duo carves a new edge to the track that deconstructs the grand, polished production of the original and substitutes a gritty, electronically-driven vibe in its place. Baring similarities to their own work (check out Play), this latest treatment is proof that Marian Hill has established their signature sound that’s recognizable in every gem they touch.
