David Wax Museum classifies their own sound as “Mexo-Americana,” claiming a uniqueness that blends Americana folk and Latin influences into one. Reunited Philadelphia rap group Plastic Little
is coming tonight to Underground Arts. Made up of artists from a variety of different hip-hop groups formed in the early aughts and performed on the regular until their 2007 hiatus. Tonight, they’re back to play Jump Magazine’s party at Underground Arts with fellow old-timers of the local club scene Sweatheart and freak-psych dudes Needle Points.
