The Hundred Acre Woods top an all local bill at the Tin Angel with Former Belle and Steady Hands.  The West Philly folk-punk band’s frontman, Winthrop Stevens, recently trekked out to the banks of the Schuylkill River to perform a live version of “All I Love” for a new video series.  Check it out below and pick up tickets to the 21+ show here.

Philadelphia-based psychedelic rock / jazz orchestra Impressionist will celebrate the release of its debut full-length at Boot & Saddle tonight.  The band shared a first single called “Everything” earlier this week, and you can download it for a name-your-price download below.  Tickets and information for the 21+ show can be found here.

Bristol, UK born outfit The Flatmates will perform at Connie’s Ric Rac tonight.  The indie pop band began in 1986 before going on hiatus a few years later following the release of a handful of singles. They’re back together this spring for a U.S. run that takes them to Philly after playing NYC Popfest. Take a listen to The Flatemates’ 1988 single “Shimmer” below, which hit #2 on the UK charts.  More information for the show can be found here.
