Brooklyn’s People Get Ready bring their Physiques tour to Johnny Brenda’s tonight.  The indie super group, which features members from Yeasayer, A Sunny Day in Glasgow and Lizzie Trulie released the LP in June earning praise from NPR for its blend of rock, dance and performance art.  Watch the video for the title track below and pick up tickets here.

Local soul ensemble Aaron and the Spell have been working on a new record this summer, gathering support from fans, friends and family via a PledgeMusic campaign.  The album will have seven brand new original songs along with two covers (maybe a Stevie Wonder tune?).  Aaron and the Spell will perform at the Pastorius Park free summer concert series tonight in Chestnut Hill.  More information can be found here.  Check out the band’s Sofar Sounds recording of “By My Side” below.

Industrial rock pioneers Nine Inch Nails will headline a show with Soundgarden at the Susquehanna Bank Center tonight.  In the middle of its third decade as a band, Trent Reznor and Co. released Hesitation Marks last year, its first effort since 2008′s The Slip.  Take a listen to “Copy of A” from the new record below and get tickets for the show here.
