Beach Day’s summery buzz of delight

Kimmy Drake (vocals, guitar) and Skyler Black are (drums) Beach Day are a duo from Hollywood, Florida whose specialty is making sweet, melodic girl group influenced garage rock.

Think The Ronettes, Cults, Dum Dum Girls, Phil Spector and The Ramones. Beach Day’s new album, Native Echoes, a ten song buzz of delight, filled with sugar rushed summery melodies and power pop guitar solos, is out on August 19th (Kanine Records).
