The Lawsuits release a fantastically funky new single “You Aren’t The Same”

Local long-haired favorites The Lawsuits have released yet another single off of their highly anticipated upcoming release Tumbled. The funky track “You Aren’t The Same” does not disappoint, highlighting singer Vanessa Winters’ soulful and smooth voice. Over the past few weeks, the genre-switching group have released single after single (including “Sweet Marcelle”, a track as delicate and, well, sweet as its name). We expect that the new EP will follow in their debut Cool, Cool, Cool’s footsteps by ingeniously having a taste of all sounds of music. The band is set to perform a record release show at Johnny Brenda‘s on September 26.
