Philadelphia-based heavy psych five-piece Meddlesome Meddlesome Meddlesome Bells headlines Boot and Saddle tonight in celebration of its self-titled new LP. It’s the third release from the band – whose brooding, distortion heavy sonic tapestries recall PJ Harvey as easily as Black Sabbath – and it will be available at the show on limited edition pink vinyl. Tickets and more information can be found at the XPN Concert Calendar. Listen to the single “Willow Willow” below.

El Malito and the 33rd Century are bringing the party to Underground Arts tonight for the Get Lucid! party. The ever productive hiphop / psych / satirical social commentary act is getting ready to roll out some new music videos and new jams, so keep your ears open at this one. Tickets and more information on the show can be found here.

Creole stalwarts Beausoleil will visit Philadelphia tonight for a show at World Cafe Live. Active since 1976 under the leadership of fiddler Michael Doucet, the band released its latest, From Bamako to Carencro, in 2013. Tickets and information can be found here.
