The weekend’s Mardi Gras celebrations continue tonight with Curley Taylor and Zydeco Trouble at 7165 Lounge in Germantown. The band helped to kick-off XPN’s Zydeco Crossroads project earlier this year at the Kimmel Center, introducing Philadelphia to the high energy dance music of Southwest Louisiana. Listen back to that performance below and get more information about tonight’s show on the Zydeco Crossroads website here.

Upperfields open for Paper Route at Johnny Brenda’s tonight. The Bucks County band released an EP last fall called Waterways, stunning us with dream-folk songs that balance intimate lyrics and uplifting arrangements. They shared a video of “Untethered Bells” late last week, filmed for SoFAR Philly during a recent living room performance. Watch the video below and pick up tickets for tonight’s concert here.

Chris Robinson Brotherhood perform at The TLA tonight. The now-former Black Crowes member announced last week that the stalwart blues-rock band he formed with his brother has called it quits for good. But Robinson’s latest Brotherhood project has been more than picking up the slack, debuting with Big Moon Ritual in 2012 and following it up with Phosphorescent Harvest last year. Watch them perform live on Woodstock Radio below. Tickets and information for the show can be found here.
