It’s been a long road to this point, but The Sun Flights are ready to release their new record House of Man at Bourbon & Branch on April 3rd. The LP was written over the course of a nine-month cross-country trip that took the folk duo of Claire Duncombe and Natalie Butts from Philadelphia to Seattle and many places in-between.

From the band:

Sometimes there seems to be common knowledge on how to play music, share music, plug music, etc…. We play music because we need to and our new album ‘House of Man’ is a small perspective of everywhere we traveled, every house we stayed in, and every single person we met on our trip across the country.

This release show will bring another tour to a close after The Sun Flights travel home from points south. Tickets and information for the 21+ concert with Arizona’s Decker and Philadelphia’s Chelsea Sue Allen can be found here. Listen to “House I Found” below.
