Philly four-piece Loose Tooth is putting out its debut record Easy Easy East on Fleeting Youth Records this month. Two weeks ago, the band gave us a taste of it with the song “Pickwick Average,” and today we’ve got a new one from them to listen to thanks to Stereogum.

“Skinny Chewey” has a silly name but it’s a very catchy and fun indie rock song; lots of fuzzy guitars, midtempo beats and a sound that overall recalls Modest Mouse and Built to Spill. Listen to it here, via Stereogum and download “Pickwick Average” below. The band does not have any upcoming shows at the moment, but with their album getting ready for release, that’s bound to change, so keep your eye on their Facebook page for news.
