Indigo Girls are streaming their new record One Lost Day via Garden & Gunmagazine this week. The record is scheduled for release on June 2nd, marking the band’s first release in four years and sending them off on a summer tour (including a stop at XPN Fest!).

One Lost Day opens with a quintessential Indigo Girls song called “Elizabeth,” filled with nostalgic memories and vivid imagery over a rolling melody. “Happy In the Sorrow Key”‘s chugging guitar chords is reminiscent of Pat Benatar, while kd lang’s flowing sound breezes through “Southern California Is Your Girlfriend.” Listen to the full album here and watch a behind-the-scenes video about “Happy In the Sorrow Key” below.

Tickets and information for the XPoNential Music Festival are now available here. Indigo Girls will perform on Sunday, July 26th at Wiggins Park.
