Dave Monks, the lead singer of Tokyo Police Club is stepping out with his solo EP, All Signs Point To Yes on June 16th. The TPC frontman’s record will be released on Dine Alone Records and he’ll be doing a short tour with a stop in Philly on July 9th at MilkBoy. Below, listen to “Gasoline,” an acoustic based song that’s stands in stark contrast to Tokyo Police Club’s typical shiny, highly produced pop gems. It feels like you’re looking behind the curtains at well formed stripped down demos of TPC songs, however it sounds great.
