Paul Weller headlines Union Transfer tonight. The prolific musician is touring in support of last month’s Saturns Pattern LP, his 12th solo record. Weller began his career as the frontman for British punk / mod-rivivalist band The Jam in the 70s before transitioning to The Style Council in the 80s. Watch Weller perform the title track from his new record on Later… with Jools Holland below and pick up tickets for the concert here.

Another British musician will perform at World Cafe Live tonight. Lloyd Cole is the former frontman of 80s pop group The Commotions, but, like Weller, has transitioned into a successful solo career. Now based in New York, Cole has collaborated with a number of peers including Jill Sobule and Matthew Sweet. His latest effort is 2013’s power-pop Standards. Check out “Period Piece” from the record below and pick up tickets for tonight’s show here.

Dutch pop singer-songwriter Jacco Gardner brings his tour to MilkBoy tonight. Gardner released his debut Cabinet of Curiosities in 2013 and followed it up with Hypnophobia this year. The titles of both efforts heavily hint at Gardner’s chosen style; he’s part quirky pop, part traditional brit-psych, full of color and crystalline accents. Pick up tickets for the 21+ show here and watch the video for “Find Yourself” below.
