Lauren Mills describes herself as a “punk rocker, bleeding-heart, secular humanist with Cerebral Palsy.” She puts on benefit compilations to raise money for various charities. This month, she released Hope: a compilation for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, an 80-track compilation featuring tracks from various punk, hardcore, and pop-punk bands. A few dozen of the tracks on the comp are previously unreleased. Philadelphia’s Spraynard and Plow United are both featured on this comp with their songs “Trembling” and “These Six Words,” respectively. Listen to the comp below, and consider making a purchase to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
