Philadelphia’s Hard Rock Cafe will be the place to be for Philly Soul every Monday night this January and February. Beginning next Monday, January 11, local booking agency Mole Street will be putting on Soul Sessions, a weekly Philly music showcase to be hosted by Philly-based jazz musician (and Temple University alum) Luke Carlos O’Reilly – who recently ran the popular Sittin’ In summer jams at The Kimmel Center.

O’Reilly and his band will be joined by a rotating cast of special guests, and the shows come an open invitation for any member of the audience to join them on stage to show off their chops. This means each week’s performance will be exciting and unique.

The music will kick off at 8 p.m. each Monday starting next week through the end of February. To give you an idea of what to expect each week, check out the video below highlighting Soul Session host Luke Carlos O’Reilly’s career.
