Mumblr revisit Super! Premium! Deluxe! EP in new video
Late last month local fuzz / punk outfit Mumblr quietly released a video component to a song from their 2015 Super! Premium! Deluxe! EP. Where most of their catalog has a Modest Mouse feel to it, “Super!” echoes the darkly hushed power of Smashing Pumpkins. The video is simple enough, but you’ll want to watch through at least twice: once for the video itself (which shows a silhouette moving in front of a color-shifting box) and a second time to read through the pretty meta string of sentences that repeat along the bottom of the screen.
