You Won’t, the sporadic indie-folk duo from Massachusetts, are releasing their new album Revolutionaries on April 29th, and they’ve shared the newest video from the album for another song, “No Divide.”

Their last video showed the band dressed up in royal 18th century garb/Santa outfits as they danced to the stomping beat and sleigh bells of “Ya Ya Ya”. This time around, singer/songwriter Josh Arnoudse and collaborator Ewen Wright play kings of rock and pop (Elvis and Michael Jackson) in a bouncing dance battle through alleyways and baseball fields. Drummer/producer Raky Sastri is not present, or is he? (He plays one of the dancing monkeys, apparently.) It also continues with the imagery of the broken down piano and rubber chicken from the “Ya Ya Ya” video.

The song takes influence from rhythmic balladeers Vampire Weekend, who’s influence was prevalent on songs from You Won’t’s last album, the fantastic Skeptic Goodbye. Themes in the song echo separation and regret, which make sense for an album titled Revolutionaries.

You Won’t will be bringing songs from their new album to Boot and Saddle on May 22nd. For tickets and more information, check out the XPN Concert Calender.
