Last night at Carnegie Hall artists and fans alike gathered for the first of two: “The Music of David Bowie” Tribute Concerts. Thursday night’s performers included:  Debbie Harry, Jakob Dylan, Michael Stipe, The Flaming Lips, Joseph Arthur, Pixies, Cyndi Lauper,  Bettye LaVette and many, many more. The 2nd tribute show is tonight at Radio City Music Hall.
