“House of Mercy” by SARAH JAROSZ

The Austin based, alt-country singer-songwriter has already made a name for herself in lots of music circles. She’s a Grammy nominated artist with three albums under her belt and a fourth on the way.  June 17th, her new album Undercurrent is due out, and “House of Mercy” is our introductory listen.

“No Nostaglia” by FAUNA SHADE

From the Great Northwest, meet Fauna Shade. After playing in a variety of other bands this three piece formed just a few years ago.  Their latest EP, Flora Hill, mixes up straight ahead rock and roll with a little bit of psychedelica and a grungy  attitude.  It’s different … it’s weird … ultimately, it’s pretty darn cool

First Impression Artist: TERRACE MARTIN

OK, so he’s a two-time Grammy winner who has worked with the likes of Raphael Saadiq, Kamasi Washington, Kendrick Lamar and Stevie Wonder. However, chances are you probably haven’t met Terrace Martin.  We’ll host your formal introduction tonight as we dive into his new album Velvet Portraits, a melting pot of jazz, soul, funk and R&B.
