Songhoy Blues, a desert blues quartet from Timbuktu in Mali, released their debut album Music In Exile in March of 2015, and they will be performing tonight at the Arden Guild Hall. Iggy Pop teamed up with QOTSA’s Josh Homme to record the great Post Pop Depression, and Pop and the band will be performing tonight at the Kimmel Center’s Academy of Music. Opening the show will be Noveller. For tickets and more info, check out the link here.

LA latin dance-fusion band La Santa Cecilia will be performing tonight at World Cafe Live at The Queen to support their new album Buenaventura. The Grammy-award winning band will also be supported by Ben Arsenal of Worldtown. For tickets and more info, check out the link here.
