Johnny Brenda’s is hosting a benefit on Thursday, December 15th in conjunction with the organization Athletes For Cancer, a program that aims to help cancer survivors rebuild their lives after they overcome the disease.
Johnny Brenda’s is just doing what they do best, hosting killer concerts, but this particular night has the potential to make a huge difference in someone’s life with whatever funds are raised. Philadelphia electropop / R&B artist Jesse Hale Moore is one of the three musicians/bands slated to perform; he is gearing up to release his first full-length album, and his singles “Every Time” and “Holding a Sign” are filled with soulful melodies that collectively garnered over 45 thousand listens on Soundcloud. Moore is joined by fellow Philly outfit Vexxed and the New York-based duo Norwegian Arms.
Go to the WXPN Concert Calendar for more information on this 21+ show, and while you’re at it, check out Moore’s track “Holding a Sign” below.
